| 1️⃣ | User's first contact is an inbound phone call | The system does not auto-trigger the cloud-controlled first reply — the agent must manually send the platform welcome message and basic introduction |
| 2️⃣ | User sends a message first | The system replies automatically. · User explains further → assist as appropriate · User does not reply again → proactively send one follow-up containing a welcome message + a question about their needs |
| 3️⃣ | User sends a voice message | First click to retrieve and translate it. If it cannot be understood → use the standard script to ask for their registered phone number and a screenshot of the issue |
| 4️⃣ | After the issue is resolved, user says thanks or signals the end | Reply with a goodwill script, e.g. "Good luck" |
| 5️⃣ | User reports a payment not credited | Guide them across three messages: ① Ask for their registered phone number ② Send the payment proof image script ③ Send the sample proof screenshot script (existing fixed script) |
| 6️⃣ | User reports unable to withdraw | Ask directly for their registered phone number and the error message or screenshot. If it is "insufficient withdrawable balance" → explain the rules: why a balance exists but cannot be withdrawn, and why deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly |
